Please accept this letter as my request that this Board issue an Order directing the Contracting Officer to issue a final decision within thirty (30) days on my claim dated , 199 , in the amount of $ (2 copies of claim letter attached).

In spite of my numerous efforts over the last months, I can neither get a decision of the Contracting Officer nor a date on which a decision will be issued.

I make this request in accordance with the Contracting Disputes Act of 1978, which my contract is subject to per the "Disputes" clause, FAR 52.233-1.

This is not a notice of appeal. I would simply like a decision on my claim.
