The actual quantities for the select fill which we have provided are cubic yards, as compared to the estimated contract quantity of cubic yards. The placement of the extra cubic yards has caused us a delay of twenty-one (21) calendar days.

I am requesting a contract time extension of twenty-one (21) days for this variation in quantity.
