Dear Sir:
By letter (transmittal) dated , you
disapproved our schedule. We have reviewed your comment, and they are not valid
with regard to our method of accomplishing the work.
Specifically, (describe problems here)
The contract specified that we are
responsible for scheduling the work, and we have the right to schedule the work
in the most efficient manner. We therefore do not plan to change our schedule.
If you want to take over the scheduling for
this project, please send us the Government’s schedule and direction to proceed
with that schedule, along with a change order that we can price for
implementing your schedule
