The Government has terminated the contract for convenience. Attached is a copy of the letter and termination notice from the Contracting Officer.

You are directed to stop work on this project and to comply with all of the provisions of the termination notice that apply to you.

You are further instructed to submit your termination settlement proposal within twenty-one (21) days of the date of this letter. If you have no claim for any additional money, submit a no-cost proposal.
